Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
By using the InGoal Software website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting any service.
1. Scope of Services
InGoal Software provides website design and development, mobile app development, e-commerce stores, business management systems (such as InGoal Physio for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics), and digital marketing / SEO services, as defined in the written scope of work agreed with each client individually.
2. Ordering and Quote Acceptance
Work on any project begins only after the client's written approval of the quote and scope of work sent by InGoal Software, which outlines the deliverables, estimated timeline, and project value. Any change requests or additions outside the agreed scope are billed as additional cost upon mutual agreement.
3. Payment Terms
The payment structure (upfront deposit, milestone payments, or full payment) is defined in each project's quote. Actual work does not start until the agreed deposit is received. Delayed payments may delay project delivery or temporarily suspend work on the project.
4. Timeline and Delivery
The estimated timeline for each project is set out in the quote. Delivery dates may be affected by how quickly the client responds to content requests, approvals, or feedback required during execution.
5. Code and Content Ownership
Upon full payment of the project value, ownership of the code developed specifically for the client transfers to the client. This does not include open-source components, libraries, or third-party tools used within the project, which remain subject to their original licenses. InGoal Software retains the right to use the project as a case study in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
6. Warranty and Technical Support
InGoal Software provides a warranty period to fix any technical defect resulting from the development itself, within the duration specified in the project's quote. The warranty does not cover new additions or changes to the original project scope, which are treated as new development requests.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing InGoal Software with the content, images, and access credentials (such as hosting or domain) needed to complete the project on time. The client is also responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content requested to be published on the website or app.
8. Confidentiality
InGoal Software commits to keeping any business information or private data shared by the client during project execution confidential, and will not use this information for any purpose outside the agreed scope of work.
9. Limitation of Liability
InGoal Software works to deliver its services to the highest standards of quality and professionalism, and is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from the client's use of the system or website after delivery, or from failures caused by third-party services (such as hosting, payment gateways, or other external services).
10. Third-Party Services
Some projects may rely on third-party services or tools (payment gateways, hosting, SMS services, etc.). InGoal Software does not control the policies or costs of these external services, and the agreement with them is the client's direct responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Changes to These Terms
InGoal Software may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update is published constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated version.
12. Contact and Inquiries
For any questions about these terms and conditions, you can contact us at info@ingoalsoftware.com or through the contact page on the website.
Note: These terms represent general terms of engagement and are not a substitute for specialized legal advice on large or specific-nature project contracts.
