If you run a factory in the 6th of October industrial zone, Abu Rawash or any other industrial area, new buyers (especially importers) look you up online before they call, and your warehouse needs accurate numbers every day. InGoal Software gives you both: a factory website that brings in inquiries and a management system that organizes the work inside.
The factory website: your storefront for buyers and importers
- Arabic and English from day one, with more languages for export markets if you need them.
- Product catalog with specifications, photos and downloadable PDFs.
- Request-for-quote (RFQ) form delivered to your email, with a direct WhatsApp button.
- Certifications and quality pages, production lines and capacity (using the data you provide).
- Search optimization for the English terms importers actually search for.
The management system: inventory, sales and purchasing in one place
- Inventory: live stock of raw materials and finished goods, in/out movements, and reorder alerts.
- Purchasing and suppliers: purchase orders, receiving and payables.
- Sales and customers: quotes, invoices and collections, with a CRM.
- Branches and points of sale: see our inventory, branch and POS system.
- Management reports daily and monthly, in Arabic or English.
- Role-based access for every user.
Off-the-shelf or custom?
Not every factory needs software built from scratch. Sometimes a ready-made system with small changes is enough; sometimes your production process needs a custom one. That's why we start with an IT consultation to understand your workflow before recommending anything.
How we work
- A factory visit or online meeting to understand production, warehousing and sales.
- A written scope and quote in clear stages.
- Delivery in stages: usually the website first, then the system, or the other way round if that's your priority.
- Migrating your current data from spreadsheets or an old system.
- Training for your team, and support after go-live.
Industrial zones we serve

FAQ
Can we start with the website only?
Yes. Many factories start with the website because it shows results faster, then add the system.
How do I get a price?
After a visit or a call to understand your needs, we send you a clear quote.
