Before you spend money on a system, website or app, you need someone to tell you honestly what your company actually needs. At InGoal Software we provide IT consultancy for companies and factories so every technology decision is based on a clear need and a realistic budget.
When do you need IT consultancy?
- Before buying an ERP, CRM or inventory system when you're unsure which fits.
- Before starting a large software project, to know its real cost and timeline.
- When your systems don't talk to each other and data is re-typed into spreadsheets.
- When you're moving offices or opening a new branch and want to set up systems properly.
- When your website isn't bringing in customers and you don't know why.
What we do
- Current-state review: website, systems, workflows and data.
- Off-the-shelf or custom? A practical comparison for your specific case.
- Requirements document: a clear list of functions you can collect quotes against.
- Vendor proposal review with a neutral comparison.
- Digital roadmap in stages, with priorities and an estimated budget per stage.
- Hosting, security and backups: how to protect your data and keep the business running.
What you receive
A written report and a clear roadmap. You can implement it with our team, hand it to your own team, or give it to another vendor. The decision is yours.
For factories and companies in 6th of October

We also work with companies and factories elsewhere in Egypt online and with scheduled visits. See our services in 6th of October.
If you decide to build with us
We can implement the plan ourselves: inventory, branch and POS systems, CRM, company websites and mobile apps.
IT consultancy FAQ
Do I have to build with you after the consultation?
No. The consultation is a standalone service, and the report is yours to use with anyone.
How long does it take?
It depends on your company's size and the number of systems. We set the timeline and deliverables in the quote before we start.
